Instructions
1. Prep the Potatoes
Wash and dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes. If using Tasteful Selections®, no peeling is necessary.
2. Boil (Optional for Extra Softness)
Parboil the potatoes in salted water for 5–6 minutes until just tender. Drain well and pat dry—this step ensures the inside is creamy while the outside crisps up perfectly.
3. Season & Toss
In a bowl, mix oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Toss potatoes until evenly coated.
4. Roast or Air-Fry
